Gement was founded with the aim of disrupting the construction industry. Our company is based on the recognition that the environmentally damaging status quo within construction is not suited to the modern world, where sustainability simply must be a priority across all industries.

We also recognise there is a serious lack of awareness of what jobs in construction and building materials look like and where they can be found. To address this issue, we created our Sustainable Construction Programme (SCP) to encourage new talent and diversity into the industry.
